Bookings, Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Bookings
- A minimum two-night stay for cabin accommodation
- Some long weekends require a longer minimum stay for cabins and sites.
Deposit
- Cabin bookings require a deposit equal to the first night's accommodation.
- Site bookings on long weekends may require a deposit equal to the first night's fee.
- Group site bookings require a deposit equal to the first night's fee.
Cancellation policy
- A $20 adminstration fee will be charged for bookings cancelled with
more than 30 days' notice. - 50% deposit will be charged for bookings cancelled with more than 7 days
but less than 30 days' notice. - If cancelled with less than 7 days' notice, the deposit is forfeit, with no refund.
Arrival 2.00 pm or later
Departure 10.00 am or earlier
Please note that there is no refund if you leave before your intended departure date.
